Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • European Union (EU): 5–9 business days

  • All other countries: 6–10 business days

Please note that actual delivery times may vary based on destination and external factors such as customs delays.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Flat Rate: €5.50

  • Express Shipping: €7.50

  • Free Shipping: Orders over €50

Shipping method can be selected during checkout.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@bluealchemy.co. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 90-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
