Return Policy – 90 Days
We have a 90-day return policy. This means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
90-Day Legal Cooling-Off Period in the EU
Regardless of the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 90 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
